Change beta character's profession? - Guild Wars Forums

Started playing this morning. I had two characters from the beta weekends: an Ele/Mes and a Mo/War. I clicked on the Ele and hit play and BOOM I was in the game as a Lv1 Ele, same appearance as my beta character, which is cool. But I was wanting to make my other character a Warrior primary and thought that it was only going to save the names and I could redo everything else.

Can I use that character to make a Warrior or delete the character and make a new one with the same name or is she stuck as a Monk forever?

Delete the Monk and immediately create a warrior with that name. The name is reserved for you for a certain amount a time (not sure how long though..an hour? or a day?). If you do not create a chararcter with that name after that time period, it is up for grabs.
